I was in the big wave pool yesterday. A little girl was out of her depth and struggling to stay above water because of the waves. I slowly moved towards her in case she needed help. Then she went under after one wave and then the next wave sent her further under. She was showing no signs of surfacing so i took no chances and plucked her up from the depths and carried her back to the shallows. She seemed ok but didnt speak english so i sent her on her merry way. She was probably thinking "why did that stupid man just ruin my fun?" But she was only about 8 years old, all on her own and not a strong swimmer so i wasnt taking any chances. Ho hum
