Tonight I have witnessed true romance. Their eyes were locked, their bodies embraced, their lips were barely apart, occasionally smooching, their faces glowing, their pelvises swaying and in pefect harmony. The only surprising part is that the couple in question were WELL into their 60s and probably into their 70s. A few years ago I would have thought that was disgusting but this time, in the Hare & Hounds pub I thought it was the most romantic thing I'd seen since.... ever. Couple's who had been together for up to 50 years or so still dancing and embracing like teenagers on the dancefloor. How much more romantic could it get?

OPEN INVITATION
I will be going to the Hare & Hound pub next Friday night to watch more of the same. They have live music on with local singers taking it in turns to sing a few tunes accompanied by an awesome guy on keyboards (Tony). Friday at the Pleasant. We leave very shortly after 10pm.
