Also, whilst I was paying for the parking ticket on the Rochdale council website I couldn't help but me thoroughly unamused by their choice of words as I was paying. Here is a screengrab of what I'm talking about:

Do they think this is a hobby for me? Like I'm enjoying the user experience of paying for a parking ticket! Retail therapy and parking fines do not go together at all.
