I just thought I would write to let you know I would support any bill which could impose ASBO-style restrictions on owners of nuisance pets. Is there any noise on this subject around westminster?

There is a noisy dog out the back you see so I'd like to do something about it which doesn't involve me being arrested. The owners often let it out for a quick poo, wee and bark at around midnight. Thankfully we sleep on the opposite side of the house but the dog still barks at me whenever I put the bins out or generally potter around my garden. It's harrassment I tell you! email your mp
