A Poem About Death

We must all experience death,
And we are all 10 seconds closer to it by reading this poem.
The End (is nigh)

I’m fascinated by death, what can I say?
I’m intrigued by the fact that all of history’s greatest and most wise people have experienced death but are not able to give us any advice on how to aproach it ourselves. It’s like the great leveler, the great trial that each person, no matter how poor, rich or whatever must go through with no true knowledge of what it will be like.

[This post was inspired by Philip Larkin and his Aubade poem]
