DC United 4 - 0 Turk's Head

OK so we lost 4-0 but there can be positives to take away from the game. We've been shaken out of our safety zone and can no longer presume that we have the automatic right to be promoted. The squad is still very competitive and so everyone has to put the work in or face being sidelined for the next game (more below)

My PC soundcard is broken so I haven't actually heard ANY of the audio on the below video. It may not be pleasant listening that's all

The video quality was really poor for some reason. My camera can TV quality footage but I must have changed a setting by accident. Youtube makes it worse when it compresses it too but if I film more clips in the future they'll be much better quality I promise

Let’s face it. Sunday was an enormous blow-out and a let down on the scale of a virgins first visit to a cheap brothel!! As Yazz and her Plastic Population said…the only way is up. It was either that or D:Ream and that has too many Labour Party connotations for me to use with any real conviction.

ha, they play “things can only get better” song about once per hour in Riley’s pool bar in Rochdale… or at least they did until I stopped going because of it.

I now have visions of senior labour politicians dancing awkwardly in front of the media scrum back in ‘97.

But I was saying to Jonesy earlier, I really struggle to spot a bad performance. I mean, a 4-0 loss SHOULD indicate a bad performance but I still struggle to think of it is a bad performance. Everyone seemed to try hard and I don’t remember the midfield being bad or the defence being bad or the strikers lacking ideas. I guess I must be the ultimate optimist or something.
