House Offer Accepted

This post isn't really in-keeping with what I normally post about but its a big issue for me (kind of) so thought I'd post it anyway. (I always seems to write blabby introduction to these kind of posts too).

So I'm buying a housey with my girly friendy.
We found a house that we liked
We put an offer it last week
The offer was rejected last week
We increased the offer a little this week
The offer was accepted today
I have to prove my income next week which could be where the whole plan falls apart and I could come out of it all with no house and a very red face. Hope that doesn't happen because I'm now quite excited to get this new house. Sad to leave my current home but excited to get on the propery ladder back in my home town.
